The header details change to Online Updating (Not Responding). I also note the header has “Online Updating”. When I click on register, I see the message that it is “gathering system information” in the Status Box. I can access the internet from Realflight 8 in the HELP section to confirm internet access. I am running Windows 10 on my laptop and have tried disabling the Norton’s firewall and receive the same messages whether it is enabled or not. I then receive another error message, “ERROR 21023 Unable to register Client/Server transaction failed”. after a period of time, established connection failed”. Description: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond because connected host has failed to respond. Make sure you have access to the internet (check firewall settings if applicable). “ERROR 12212 unable to connect to server. Every time I go to register, I get the following message. I am trying to update my version of RealFlight 8 (Ver 8.00.013). I am new to this forum and looking for some advice.
